went to my grandma's house yesterday and from there went to PP with my cousin. We ate ice cream, went to guardian to buy some stuff, went to Borders where we saw cute piggy calendars and then went to NTUC to buy groceries for my aunt. I wanted to walk back cause there was a light drizzle and taking the bus would have resulted in me being an ice cube by the time we got off, even thought it was only 4-5 stops. and anyway neither of us wanted to go home early cause like the whole family was at my grandma's house baking CNY cookies (yes, i know it's a bit early, but my mum wants to sell them next year!) so it was seriously noisy/havoc-ky and during these times, my mum tends to go on a short fuse, so best the kids stay away. so we walked the looooooonnnngggg way home and passed by cold storage. i think my cousin would have lugged home a ton of unnecessary items if i wasnt there, and since i was there, i had to be his "voice of reason" and pull him back to reality when his head got too caught up in the sky. seriously, i never knew shopping at cold storage could take so long. so anyway, we totally walked the long way home and we were late for dinner. but like while walking, we were singing christmas carols and it was really really fun. XD oh well... i think this has been my longest post in a longlonglonglong while.
