i started reading stuff from before and i realised how much i've changed, how much everyone has changed. half of me wants it to have stayed the same, while the other just can't wait to get to the finish for the conclusion. it's like opening up a birthday presents with many layers of wrapping and the challenges we face in life is like the trouble we meet on the way with scotch tape that refuses to come off and we not wanting to rip it off, so as not to spoil the wrapping. such is friendship. when a freindship meets a crucial point, we try our best to salvage it. some people may just give up, while others will keep trying. out of those who will keep trying, some will end up tearing the wrapping paper while the others will be able to get the scotch tape off properly with nothing getting hurt. you never know what you may come across. to remove a scotch tape without tearing the paper, it's best to do it slowly, the same applies for a friendship. when you reach a rough patch, don't be too rash. take things slow. see what exactly is the problem and if there's anyway around it. not all friendships are meant to be salvaged. but treasure all the friends you have cause without friends, life would be meaningless. this is for a few specific people i know, plus anyone else out there needing this. the most important thing still, is to pray.
